Payment is taken through Stripe and it is a monthly subscription.
You can train from either home or the gym! Whatever you feel most comfortable with!! I will create a personalised workout that challenges you and progresses you towards your goals.
I will send you over a link once a week. You’ll answer the weekly questions, take progress pictures, and I’ll reply with a full round of feedback. Check-ins are so important as I can see how you’re progressing and will know if I know to make any tweaks to your plans.
We’re not about restricting your food choices—it’s all about balance. The recipes are nutritious, filling, and delicious, so you won’t be stuck with bland meals. My clients still enjoy chocolate, pasta, and pizza, just with healthier alternatives that taste amazing. This way, you can save money on junk food while staying on track and reducing those cravings.
Everything will be in one place for you in my app. When you sign up, you will receive a link to download it. Your meal plans, training plan and the chat function are all there!
