AGREEMENT & FORMS
If you’re ready to move forward, you’ll fill out your coaching agreement and forms so I can learn more about your fitness background, preferences, and any challenges you’re facing!

RECEIVE YOUR WELCOME
PACK & ZOOM CALL LINK
Next, I’ll send over your welcome pack with everything you need to know about the coaching journey. You’ll also get a link to book a Zoom call so we can connect face-to-face.

JOIN YOUR ONBOARDING
ZOOM CALL
On this call, I’ll walk you through how everything works, answer any questions, and guide you through using the app so you feel confident and ready to start.

ACCESS THE COMMUNITY
GROUP CHAT
You’ll be added to our private WhatsApp group a space for motivation, support, celebrating wins, and fun monthly challenges where you can win prizes!

GET YOUR
PERSONALISED PLANS
Your custom workout plan and nutrition guidance will be uploaded directly to the app, designed specifically around your goals and lifestyle.

You’ll have full access to the coaching app where you can track your workouts, nutrition, progress, and message me directly anytime you need support.
