Hi, I’m Grace Reuben, the founder of Dare to Be Fit and your online fitness coach. A few years ago, I struggled with my relationship with nutrition and fitness.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the health and wellness world, especially when constantly battling between your goals and your love for food.

Many of us know the frustration of being stuck in a cycle of diets, cardio overload, and feeling unhappy with our bodies.
I’ve been there too. For years, I had an unhealthy relationship with food—labelling it “good” or “bad,” constantly restricting myself, and thinking that less food and more cardio were the only solutions.

But here’s the truth: starving yourself, cutting out food groups, and over-exercising doesn’t work long term. It leads to burnout, hormonal imbalances, and continued
weight struggles that leave you feeling defeated. I’ve seen this happen to countless women, and it happened to me too.
During university, I spent hours on cardio machines, hoping to slim down, but my poor eating habits and lack of confidence held me back. Working with a personal trainer introduced me to strength training, which changed everything. Lifting weights transformed both my body and mindset—I realised it wasn’t just about looks but feeling empowered and strong.
MY MISSION
As a certified trainer, I now help women find freedom from restrictive diets and cardio overload through a balanced, sustainable approach that promotes confidence, strength, and lasting results. You don’t need to sacrifice your favourite foods or spend hours in the gym to achieve your goals—you just need the right plan.
