There is a wide variety of workouts that you can choose from based on your goals but may include strength training, cardio, barbell and (HIIT). In addition, I do create personalised workouts which would be made specific to you.
The nutrition coaching focuses on creating healthy habits and making sustainable lifestyle changes without having to restrict your favourite foods. I offer specific meal plans, in addition, the app provides an array of different recipes to try!
